Master Fabricators - Need skilled people that can fabricate our off road ev chassis from raw tubing and sheet metal as well as plastic, fiberglass, carbon fiber where needed. Key skills include high quality welder of steel, chromolly, aluminium materials, precise tube bending and sheet folding and cutting skills. Able to work from blue prints, and also the ability to help the engineers to improve the design and make construction easier, lower cost and high quality. You will also help the team design and develop the manufacturing equipment needed for mass production, such as automated tube folding and welding robots.
Mechanical Engineers - Mechanical engineers with 3D CAD and simulation experience, materials knowledge, simulation experince and general mechanical skills to help develop the Chassis, transmission and other mechanical parts of the vehicles. You will work with the fabricators, test drivers and electrical engineers to develop the vehicle for safety, production and fun.
Electrical / Electronics Engineers - Experience with heavy duty motor control, battery chargers, BMS, digital display instrumentation design is a must. High voltage experience is prefered as voltages up to 400V DC may be required for some circuitry. Also battery systems design and motor design skills will be highly appreciated. Altium PCB CAD experience would be a plus.
Firmware / Software Engineers - We are developing all of our electronics, firmware and software in house. This includes instrumentation, motor control, battery charger, BMS and phoNe app software that will need to be developed. Micro-controller, Embedded Linux, Android Automotive, iOS and Android skills will be required. Experience with user interfaces, battery management, PMAC motor control and battery charging are a plus.
Production Line Engineer - Production line design, automation and management. Will lead the design and development of our automated production line and production growth strategies.
Test Drivers - Skilled test drivers with side by side racing and rock crawling experience will be valuable to the project development team. As a test driver you will be responsible for working with our engineers to refine every aspect of the design from chassis, suspension, handling, weight distribution, power curves, user interface and so much more. Travel will be required for this position as many different terrains will need to be tested and competing in events to help with marketing as well as real life testing. Also you will need to be able to teach other team members how to safely drive and race the vehicles as we will have regular day outs for the whole team and we want to have fun and be safe. This also helps the team to understand what is needed to improve the vehicles.
Web Developer - Web developer to maintain and develop our customer facing website, including ordering systems as well as internal sites for distributors, job tracking and much more. Graphic art skills, Java script, PHP and database managent skills are a plus. Not only will you manage the web page, but will be responsible for developing and maintaining the automated ordering system, progress tracking for builds, dealer interfaces and more.
Marketing Lead / Sales persons - As a marketing lead you will develop and execute the marketing strategy including multi-media and live events. You will work with all our teams to develop our story, and lead us to a sucessful product launch and beyond. You will also develop relationships with potential resellers, vehicle dealers, racing sponsors and after market accessory suppliers. Travel will be required.
Video / Multimedia production / Graphic Artist - As a skilled videographer, stills photographer and video editor you will work closely with the Marketing team to produce quality productions and presentation for use in advertising, multi-media sites, live events and more. Graphical Artist skills will also be an advangage. Travel will be required.
Office Manager / Receptionist / super person - As the office manager / receptionist / super person you will be responsible for running the front office, the first contact for guests in person or by phone and have multiple skills related to running an office.
Electronics and Assembly Technicians - Technicians with experince in electronic and /or mechnical assembly as part of a production line will be needed as the company grows. We have a pick and place electronics production line for our own controllers and displays and need people to run this line, as well as thouse that can help with assembling the mechanical parts of teh vehicle inclusing transmission, suspention and more. Previos experience on a production line is preferred, but not required as on job training will be provided.
